1. What is the processing time for orders?
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly delayed, but we’ll keep you updated via email.

2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders within the U.S.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery typically takes 5-9 business days from the shipment date. You will receive a tracking email to monitor your order’s progress.

4. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the U.S.

5. Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

6. What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. To start a return, contact us at pgdiscount@icloud.com.

7. How do I handle damaged or incorrect items?
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email us at pgdiscount@icloud.com immediately so we can resolve the issue.

8. Can sale items or gift cards be returned?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

9. How do refunds work?
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval. If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days, please contact us at pgdiscount@icloud.com.

10. Do you offer exchanges?
We recommend returning the item you no longer want and placing a new order for the replacement.
